I barely use my laptop, and draw on Procreate, on my ipad. Other than that, I use my phone for most things, with this, I don’t have notifications on for certain things because when I do, I am flooded and sometimes miss important messages from my job, appointments etc.
I live with my husband and pets, pay rent and other bills, so I am not the only person I look after for.
I miss messages and I apologize, but art has not become my fulltime job (hopefully one day though) but I try to be present as much as I can.
I bring this up since it upsets me when people use the word “ignore” when really, it’s just me busy with my life, I am not as online as you think I am for me to be ignoring someone.Adoptable Ownership & Usage
Once you purchase an adopt from me—either directly or indirectly—it is entirely yours. You are free to make any changes, including altering the design, color scheme, gender, or background. I place no restrictions on customization.Terms of ServiceTurnaround Time & Communication:Things can take from a few days to a few months, but please message me with questions and I’ll always answer (when I can). Please do not file chargebacks without letting me know, I use Paypal for my bills, and It cripples me when It’s negative. I work full-time as a bartender and often attend events, so responses or updates may occasionally be delayed. I promise I will always complete work I’ve committed to—if it seems like I’ve forgotten, feel free to remind me! I have ADHD and do my best to stay organized.Commission Cancellations & Refunds:I reserve the right to cancel a commission. If I cancel, I will issue a 50% refund.If you cancel, the same policy applies.However, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment, I will issue a full refund.Refunds WILL take time, I use commissions to pay for bills, when refunded I have to take from that (whenever I get money I put it towards things right away).Payment Policy:I require payment upfront before I begin sketching. This is to protect my time and effort, as I’ve previously completed work only to have clients back out.Edits & Revisions:Refs can be updated for free! Just may take time.I’m happy to make minor touch-ups or adjustments! Just let me know. However, large changes (e.g. full outfit redesigns after completion) may not be accepted.Customs:Please provide all references and specific details upfront before I begin the custom. If the piece is completed and you express dissatisfaction based on preferences that were not shared beforehand, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. I’m generally flexible and willing to work with you, but communication is key.Ongoing Adopts While Owing Art:I sometimes post new adoptables while still completing pending commissions. I rely on these for financial stability when I get pop up bills, and I understand this may bother some. Please know I am still actively working on all owed pieces.Communication & Updates:Please understand that I may be slow to reply depending on how busy I am.If you’ve contacted me more than twice, I’ve likely seen your message—please allow me some time to respond. So please don’t blow me up, I will get back to you. If you blow me up you will be blacklisted.Refund Policy:No refunds will be issued once I have started.No refunds are accepted on adoptables under any circumstance.Please do not commission me if you are not okay with this TOS!!
